Weatherwell Elite offers key-lock and shoot-bolt options that can add a layer of security to suitable openings. For homeowners who spend winters elsewhere, we help choose the panel configuration and locking hardware for the space. Suitability depends on the opening and installation; shutters are not a guarantee against forced entry.

What are Weatherwell Elite shutters?

Can the panels move out of the way?
Depending on the opening, Elite can be configured as sliding, sliding bi-fold, hinged, fixed or Bahama-style panels. We check the space for tracks, panel stacking and mounting before recommending a layout.
How much do custom aluminum shutters cost?

Can I use them to add privacy to a covered patio?
